Why this page exists

Hmmnm publishes hands-on cybersecurity tutorials, CVE analyses, and defense guides. Technical content earns trust only when you know exactly how it was produced, so this page documents our process.

How articles are written

  • Practitioner-written. Articles are written by Prabhu Kalyan Samal, a working security practitioner. Techniques described in exploitation tutorials are tested in lab environments before publication.
  • Publish and updated dates are real. Every article shows its original publish date. When an article is materially updated (new techniques, changed tooling, new mitigations), the updated date changes too — we do not refresh dates to game freshness signals.
  • Educational intent. Exploitation content exists to teach defense. Attack techniques are paired with detection and mitigation guidance wherever applicable.

Corrections

Security changes fast and we get things wrong sometimes. If you spot an error, email contact@hmmnm.com with the article URL. Verified corrections are made promptly and noted on the article.
